Where we work
Our technical services in Dammam
We cover Dammam, Dhahran and Qatif with site visits — no office we claim to have, just a team that reaches you.
Dammam is a city of working buildings: warehouses, workshops, contracting yards and the service offices that keep an industrial economy moving. That changes what a technical installation has to survive. The brief is rarely a tidy system in an air-conditioned office; it is a system that keeps working in a warehouse with an eight-metre roof and dust that never fully settles.
The difference shows in the details. Cable routes are shielded from heat and direct sun, cameras are specified with an ingress rating that suits dust and Gulf humidity, and network cabinets go somewhere away from a heat source. A system installed the way an indoor office system is installed starts failing in its first summer.
We are a small firm staffed by field engineers rather than a sales desk. The survey is done by the person who will do the work, which is why the quotation tends to match reality and why fewer surprises appear halfway through an installation.
Who we work with in this city
Warehouses and contracting yards
Yard, gate and loading-bay coverage, where night-time clarity matters far more than camera count. Positions are planned on the floor plan before any cable is pulled.
Workshops and service centres
Attendance systems that survive dirty hands and a dusty environment, plus cameras covering work bays and parts entrances.
Administrative offices
Tidy, documented networks, IP telephony and branch links — with a labelled patch panel any engineer after us can read.
Shops and showrooms
Cameras at till points and entrances, sound that works without being intrusive, and scheduled maintenance rather than a call only when something breaks.
How we reach you in Dammam
A survey is usually within one to two working days of your call; installation depends on the size of the site. Dammam, Dhahran and Khobar are treated as a single travel zone — moving between them is rarely more than half an hour. Maintenance-contract clients also have out-of-hours emergency support.
Something we say up front
We do not currently have branch offices and we do not claim to. We work as a field team that comes to your site, with contact by phone and WhatsApp. We would rather you knew that before signing.
Our services in this city
CCTV & Security
Surveillance designed so the footage is actually usable — faces you can identify and plates you can read, not hours of unusable video.
Networks & Branch Links
Networks that are engineered rather than assembled: structured cabling, secure segmentation, Wi-Fi coverage based on a real site survey, and your branches joined into one network managed as a single site.
Attendance Systems
Attendance systems that produce reports payroll can actually rely on — not just a device that records fingerprints nobody uses.
Sound Systems
Audio distributed carefully and calibrated to the room — speakers, amplifiers and independently controlled zones, with echo and feedback treated, and optional links to the smart system and alarm.
VoIP & Telephony
A modern phone system that links your branches, records your calls and routes customers to the right person — at a fraction of traditional line costs.
IT Support & Contracts
The capability of a full IT department without the cost of hiring one: response times committed in writing, scheduled preventive maintenance, and monitoring that catches failures before anyone notices them.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Dammam?
We do not currently have a public office in Dammam, and we would rather say so plainly. We work as a field team that comes to your site to survey, install and maintain; contact is by phone and WhatsApp.
How long does a survey take?
The visit itself is usually thirty minutes to two hours depending on the size of the site, and it produces a quotation based on what we actually saw rather than a guess over the phone.
Do you cover Dhahran and Qatif?
Yes. Dammam, Dhahran, Khobar and Qatif are one travel zone for us, and appointment lead times are similar across them.
