Queue Management System
Software we wrote ourselves: a touchscreen ticket kiosk at the door, on-screen and spoken calling when a counter frees up, and reporting that shows exactly where your visitors’ time goes — all on your own network, with no internet required.

The ticket tells the visitor how many are ahead — so they sit down instead of standing and asking.
A manual queue costs more than it looks. The visitor stands with no idea how many are ahead. Staff call numbers over the noise of the hall. People argue about whose turn it was. And at month end nobody can produce a single figure for how long anyone actually waited. The problem is often not the number of counters — it is that no one can see what is happening.
The system replaces that with three screens and a printer. The visitor picks a service on a touchscreen kiosk at the entrance and gets a printed ticket showing their number, the service, and how many people are ahead of them — so they can sit down knowing where they stand. Staff call the next ticket with one press. The number and counter appear on the hall display with a clear spoken announcement in Arabic and English.
What matters in practice is that it runs entirely inside your network: no monthly subscription, no outage when the line goes down, and no visitor data sitting on somebody else’s server. The kiosk and displays run in a browser, so any Windows machine, Android device or smart TV will do — nothing to install per device, and no proprietary hardware at twice the price.
What we deliver
Touchscreen ticket kiosk
A touchscreen at the entrance where the visitor selects their service, and a thermal printer that issues a ticket in Arabic or English showing the number, the service, how many are waiting ahead, and the time it was issued.
Calling display and voice announcement
The hall display shows the current number and counter alongside the last few called, with a clear spoken announcement in both languages — and the wording is editable to match the terminology your organisation already uses.
Counter screen for staff
Call next with one press, plus recall, transfer to another service, mark no-show, and pause the counter when staff step away so no tickets are routed to it until they return.
Multiple services and counters
Several services and counters running at once, each counter assigned only the services it actually handles, and separate numbering per service so queues never get mixed together.
Priority handling
Elderly visitors, people with disabilities and VIP customers called ahead of the standard queue by a rule you set — not by a member of staff deciding on the spot, and not by an argument at the counter.
Daily dashboard
Tickets issued, served and waiting, average waiting time, average service time and no-show rate — broken down by service, counter and hour, so the bottleneck is visible rather than guessed at.
Separate access levels
One account for counter staff, one for supervisors, one for administrators, each with what it needs: staff call, supervisors redistribute, administrators see the reporting and change the configuration.
Installation, training and support
Installed at your premises, printers and displays set up on your network, your services, counter names and announcement wording configured, staff trained, and technical support after handover. More kiosks and displays can be added later without replacing anything.
How we work
- 1
Survey the hall
Measuring visitor flow at peak, and agreeing where the kiosk and displays go, along with cable routes and power.
- 2
Design the queues
Mapping your services, counters and priority rules with you, and settling the Arabic and English announcement wording before anything is installed.
- 3
Install and configure
Kiosk, printer and displays installed and joined to the network, with the system set up on an internal server or a dedicated machine on site.
- 4
Trial run and training
A live day alongside your team, training for staff and supervisors, and same-day adjustment of whatever the real world reveals.
- 5
Review and support
Reviewing the first fortnight’s reports to retune counter allocation, then support and maintenance under contract or on demand.
Serving clients across
We provide queue management services to organisations across all regions of saudi arabia, through on-site visits and remote technical support.
Frequently asked questions
Does it need a monthly subscription or an internet connection?
No. It runs entirely on your local network on a machine inside the building, so there is no monthly fee and no outage when the internet drops. A connection is only needed if you want to view reports from outside the premises, and that is optional.
What hardware do we need to buy?
A touchscreen for the kiosk, a thermal ticket printer, a display for the hall (a smart TV is fine), a speaker, and a small machine to run the system. Kiosk and displays run in a browser, so Windows or Android devices you already own will usually do — no proprietary hardware required.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
In the common cases, yes: reading an ID or file number from your system when the ticket is issued, or exporting attendance and service data into your reporting. We settle this during the design stage, because it depends on what interfaces your current system exposes.
How long does installation take?
A single hall with four to six counters is normally installed and running within one to two days once the hardware and cabling are in place. Multi-hall or multi-branch sites are done in stages, hall by hall, so nothing stops.
What happens during a power cut or a device failure?
Numbers and queue state are held on the machine running the system, so the queue resumes where it stopped rather than restarting from zero. We recommend a small UPS for that machine and the network switch, and it can be included in the supply list.
