Our technical services in Tabuk
We serve Tabuk on scheduled visits, not same-day call-outs — and we say so before you sign, not after.
Tabuk is not inside our daily travel zone, and pretending otherwise would serve nobody. What we offer here is a different model: planned visits, scheduled in advance, in which installation and maintenance work is completed in one block, with continuous remote support between them.
That model works well for defined work — commissioning a complete system at a new site, upgrading a network, installing attendance systems, scheduled preventive maintenance. It does not suit anyone who needs an engineer on site within two hours, and that is something to know before signing rather than after.
Against that, a large part of what we do needs no attendance at all: software development, web design and search visibility, server and cloud administration, remote technical support. Tabuk clients receive those at exactly the same standard as clients in Dammam.

How we work in Tabuk
Field work in Tabuk is organised as a scheduled visit agreed in advance, usually combining several clients or several phases of one site. Remote support runs during normal working hours. We do not promise same-day attendance in Tabuk, because we could not honour it.

Do you actually come to Tabuk?
Yes, on visits scheduled in advance. What we do not offer in Tabuk is same-day field response, and we would rather say that before a contract than after one.
What happens if the system fails after installation?
Most faults are diagnosed and resolved remotely. Anything needing hands on site is scheduled into the next visit; if it is critical we arrange a dedicated trip, with the travel cost stated up front.
Are software and web services different for Tabuk clients?
Not at all. That work is remote by nature, and there is no difference between a client in Tabuk and one in Dammam.
