Networks & Branch Interconnect

Networks that are engineered rather than assembled: structured cabling, secure segmentation, Wi-Fi coverage based on a real site survey, and your branches joined into one network managed as a single site.

Every layer designed, installed and supported by us.

The network underpins everything else — servers, CCTV, point-of-sale, telephony and every user device. A poorly built one produces exactly the kind of daily problems that are hardest to diagnose: intermittent slowness, Wi-Fi that drops, devices that lose connection for no visible reason.

We design and install wired and wireless networks for offices, warehouses, hotels and multi-branch organisations. Work begins with requirements: device and user counts, latency-sensitive services such as voice and video, isolation requirements between networks, and the growth you expect over the next few years.

Our experience includes running networks in hospitality environments carrying hundreds of daily users with high quality expectations — settings that expose weak design quickly. We work with standard routing protocols including RIP, OSPF and EIGRP, and implement VLAN segmentation with clear security policy.

What we deliver

Network design & documentation

A complete network diagram covering topology, segmentation, cable routes and IP addressing plan, documented so any engineer can pick it up and work on it later.

Structured cabling

Cat6, Cat6A and fibre runs on tidy routes, numbered patch panels and professional rack dressing — clean infrastructure that stays maintainable for years.

Switching & routing

Managed switches, routers and firewalls selected and configured, with VLANs, trunking, STP and routing set up, plus QoS tuned for latency-sensitive traffic.

Professional Wi-Fi coverage

Coverage designed from a real site survey, access points positioned correctly, centrally managed, with seamless roaming between them.

Guest network & isolation

A separate visitor network fully isolated from internal systems, with bandwidth limits and a captive portal where required.

Secure remote access

VPN access for staff and branches to reach company resources securely from anywhere, and multiple sites joined into one network.

Branch interconnect

Your sites joined over an encrypted link so management can treat them as one: a single accounting system everyone sees, every branch’s cameras on one screen, all staff attendance in one payroll report, central backup — and a new branch joining in days rather than weeks.

Hospitality and guest portals

Captive portals for hotels, furnished apartments, cafés and showrooms: room-number or one-time-code sign-in, per-guest bandwidth limits, and full isolation from the management network.

Server rooms & racks

Server room or comms cabinet fit-out: rack installation, cable management, UPS power protection, and appropriate ventilation and cooling.

Diagnostics & fault resolution

Slowness and recurring dropouts diagnosed with real measurement tools and traffic analysis — root cause found rather than symptoms patched.

How we work

  1. 1

    Requirements

Understanding user and device counts, the services in use and expected growth, plus a walk-through of the building and its cable routes.

  2. 2

    Design

Network diagram, addressing plan, segmentation and hardware selection, with a quotation stating the technical specification of every component.

  3. 3

    Installation

Cabling, mounting, configuration and certification testing of every outlet, with test results documented and all ports labelled.

  4. 4

    Handover & maintenance

Diagrams and documentation delivered, your team trained, and periodic review under a maintenance agreement.

Serving clients across

We provide networks & branch links services to organisations across all regions of saudi arabia, through on-site visits and remote technical support.

Frequently asked questions

Our Wi-Fi is weak in some areas — what fixes that?

The cause is usually placement and channel interference rather than transmit power. We start with a site survey measuring signal and interference across each area, then produce an access point layout. Adding repeaters at random typically makes the problem worse rather than better.

What is the difference between Cat6 and Cat6A, and when do I need fibre?

Cat6 carries 1 Gbps reliably and suits most offices. Cat6A carries 10 Gbps over longer distances and is what we recommend for new installations to protect against future needs. Fibre is required for long runs between buildings or floors and for high-capacity links between core switches.

Can the network be installed without stopping work?

Usually yes. New cabling is installed alongside the existing network and services move across gradually. Critical cut-overs happen outside working hours or at the weekend on a pre-agreed schedule.

Can you connect multiple branches?

Yes. Branches are linked over secure VPN tunnels or dedicated circuits so every site reaches the same servers, systems and files as if they shared one building, with centrally managed access policy.

Do you offer ongoing network maintenance?

Yes, under maintenance agreements covering periodic monitoring, firmware updates, performance review and fault response to a defined service level.
