Managed IT Support & Maintenance Contracts
The capability of a full IT department without the cost of hiring one: response times committed in writing, scheduled preventive maintenance, and monitoring that catches failures before anyone notices them.
Every layer designed, installed and supported by us.
Installation is not the end of the relationship — it is the start of it. What separates a technology supplier from an individual technician called in after the disaster is the support contract: a written commitment to a response time, scheduled preventive visits, and a periodic report showing the state of your systems, instead of a verbal promise that someone will pick up the phone.
We work with small and mid-sized organisations across Saudi Arabia and the wider Kingdom that need the capability of a full IT department without the cost of hiring one. The contract covers the hardware, network, servers and systems we installed as well as those we inherited from someone else — one point of contact carrying the responsibility, rather than five suppliers passing blame between them.
Our hands-on experience spans more than fifteen years in demanding operational environments, including international organisations and hospitality operations where service continuity was non-negotiable. That background shapes how we work: careful documentation, clear procedures and fast response.
What we deliver
A written service level agreement
Response times committed in writing for critical and routine tickets, clear reporting channels, and an escalation path agreed in advance — not improvised during the crisis.
Immediate remote support
More than 70% of day-to-day issues resolved remotely within minutes: accounts, printing, mail, applications and connectivity — with no wait for a visit.
On-site and preventive maintenance
Scheduled visits that check machines, network, equipment cabinets, cooling and connections, and deal with whatever is on its way to failing before it stops work.
System health monitoring
Disk space, device temperature, drive health and service availability tracked, with alerts raised when thresholds are crossed rather than a failure discovered through a staff complaint.
Endpoint deployment & care
Standardised desktop and laptop builds, OS and software installation, driver management and data migration at replacement, with preventive maintenance that reduces unplanned failures.
Update & licence management
System, application and driver updates tracked and applied at sensible times, plus a register of software licences and renewal dates so nothing expires without warning.
Backup verification
Periodic confirmation that backups are genuinely running and genuinely restorable — the most damaging data losses happen in organisations that believed they had a backup.
Periodic reporting & asset register
A report covering system status, issues resolved, recurring problems and upcoming recommendations, alongside a current inventory of IT assets and warranty details.

Frequently asked questions
What does an annual IT support contract cost?
It depends on user count, number of servers and sites, and the service level you need (response time, number of on-site visits). We typically offer three tiers: a basic remote-support package, a mid tier adding scheduled visits, and a comprehensive tier with emergency response. We issue the quotation after a free site survey.
Do you provide remote support or only on-site visits?
Both. More than 70% of day-to-day issues are resolved remotely and far faster that way. On-site visits are reserved for installation work, preventive maintenance and anything that genuinely needs hands on hardware.
Our systems are very old — can they be modernised without stopping work?
Yes. We use phased migration: the new environment is built alongside the old one, services move across gradually with a rollback path at every stage, and critical cut-overs happen at the weekend or outside working hours.
Do you work outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We are based in Saudi Arabia and cover the Central Region directly, with scheduled visits and week-round remote support extending to Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and Qassim.
Who owns the credentials and documentation?
You do, entirely. All passwords, diagrams and documentation are handed over as part of the delivery pack. We never keep exclusive access that would make your operations dependent on renewing with us.
