Smart Home & Building Automation
Automation that works and keeps working: lighting, climate, blinds and security under one controller, built on local control rather than someone else’s cloud.
Logic runs inside the building - scenes and schedules continue with the internet down.
Most disappointing smart-home experiences fail for the same reason: devices from different brands, each with its own app and its own cloud, with nothing tying them together. The result is five apps on your phone and a system that stops working the moment the internet drops or a manufacturer shuts down its servers.
We take a different approach. We build around a local controller — usually Home Assistant on dedicated hardware inside the building — with devices connecting over Zigbee, Z-Wave, Matter or KNX. The logic and automations run on-premises, so lighting, climate and locks keep working even with the internet completely down, while secure remote access stays available when you want it.
We work on villas, premium apartments, offices and small facilities, either at first-fix stage before finishing — which is the ideal moment — or in existing buildings using wireless solutions that require no chasing of walls.
What we deliver
Smart lighting & scenes
Full lighting control with smart switches that keep a conventional look, preset scenes (welcome, evening, sleep, away) and schedules tied to local sunrise and sunset.
Climate & HVAC control
Smart thermostats and per-zone temperature sensors, occupancy-based schedules and automatic shut-off when windows open or the building is empty — a measurable cut in the electricity bill.
Motorised blinds & shades
Motors for curtains, roller blinds and external shades, driven by schedule or by light and heat levels to reduce solar load on the air conditioning through the summer.
Security & smart access
Smart locks, video doorbells, motion, door and window sensors, plus water-leak and smoke detection — with instant phone alerts and integration into the CCTV system.
Distributed audio & video
Multi-room audio and video distribution to screens throughout the property, integrated with lighting scenes and unified control.
Local control hub
A dedicated Home Assistant server on-site bringing every device into one interface, running independently of the internet and keeping your data in your building.
One panel instead of five apps
Most smart-system installers leave the client with five apps that never speak to each other. We bring every device into one, and build the scenes that connect them: when the last person leaves, lights and air conditioning go off, doors lock, and the CCTV arms — on one command, or by voice in Arabic or English.
Custom controllers for the awkward cases
Where no off-the-shelf device does the job, we build the controller: Raspberry Pi and microcontroller solutions for water pumps, tank levels, gates and non-standard sensors — integrated into the same panel rather than sitting outside it.
Commercial building automation
Lighting and HVAC scheduled to trading hours in offices and retail units, energy consumption monitoring and fault alerting — with a direct return on operating cost.
Ongoing support & expansion
New devices and automations added as your needs change, regular system updates and technical support when you need it.
How we work
- 1
Consultation
We learn how you actually use the space, its size and your budget, and identify what is genuinely worth automating and what adds no value.
- 2
Design & selection
The right protocols and devices chosen, a layout plan produced, and a detailed phased quotation you can implement in stages.
- 3
Install & program
Installation, pairing and programming of scenes and automations, tuned with you in person until the system behaves exactly as you expect.
- 4
Hand over & train
Your family or team trained on the system, full documentation provided, and ongoing support for future expansion.
Serving clients across
We provide smart home & automation services to organisations across all regions of saudi arabia, through on-site visits and remote technical support.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to rewire my home?
No. In existing buildings we use wireless protocols (Zigbee, Z-Wave, Matter) and smart switches that fit into existing back boxes, with no wall chasing or new cable runs. During construction or fit-out, wired infrastructure such as KNX gives higher reliability and we recommend it when the timing allows.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Everything keeps working. Because the logic runs on a local controller inside the building, switches, scenes, schedules and sensors continue to function normally. Only remote access from outside and cloud voice assistants pause until the connection returns.
What does a smart home system cost?
Cost scales with the number of control points, rooms and subsystems. It is common to start with a defined scope — main-floor lighting, climate and security, for instance — and expand later, which is why we design the foundation to scale from day one without rework.
Will it work with devices I already own?
Usually yes. Home Assistant supports thousands of devices and brands, so we can often integrate what you already have rather than replace it. We review your existing equipment list before quoting.
Do you handle offices and commercial premises?
Yes, and those often show the strongest return. Scheduling lighting and HVAC to trading hours in an office or retail unit noticeably reduces electricity consumption, and adds immediate alerting for faults or water leaks outside working hours.
